Purchasing Tickets How can I purchase tickets? Tickets may be purchased from this website by clicking on any of the "Buy Tickets" buttons, or tickets can be purchased at our box office. Our box office opens on performance nights only beginning two hours prior to curtain time. You may also call (518) 382-2081 and leave a message. You will be contacted and can purchase tickets over the phone with our agent. Season tickets can be purchased by mailing in the subscription coupon you received at one of our performances, or by calling (518) 382-2081 and leaving your contact information. You will be contact and can purchase a subscription over the phone with our agent. How much do tickets cost? All tickets $ 15 are per seat. Musicals are $18. A season subscription cost per seat for all five of our performance. A savings over individual ticket prices. Do you have any discounts (groups, etc)? Group Sales discounts are available for groups of twenty or more purchased as a single transaction for a single performance. You can call (518) 382-2081 and leave a message to be contacted with more details regarding group discounts. What are you exchange policies? One of the benefits of subscribing to the Playhouse are the exchange privileges. For subscribers, exchanges can be made by contacting our box office by phone at (518) 382-2081 or by contacting the box office from the "Contact Us" section of this website. There are no fees for exchanges. Exchanges cannot be processed after the performance date and time printed on the ticket. Refunds are not available. Exchanges are not available to single ticket buyers.

Attending a Performance Where are you located? We are located at 12 South Church Street in the historic Stockade District of Schenectady. Directions to our facility can be found by clicking the Directions link on this site. How early should I arrive? You should plan on arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the curtain time. There is no late seating available. Where can I park? On street parking is available surrounding the theater. Posted Hour limits expire on 6pm weekdays and are waived on weekends. Do not park in the KFC parking lot - you will be towed. Are you handicap accessible? Not at this time, however, we currently have a capital campaign underway in order to make significant building improvements, including plans for an elevator. Are food and drinks permitted in the theater? No food or drinks are permitted in the theater. Complimentary refreshments are available during the intermission.
