Benefits Schenectady Civic Players

Last year’s Appraisers Road Show proved such a success, attracting overflow attendance, that it is being brought back, Saturday and Sunday, September 14 and 15, from 9 am to 4 pm each day.

Do you have a treasure in your attic?  Are you curious to know its history or value?  Then mark your calendar and be sure to attend this repeat antiques and art discovery weekend.

Bring your items for appraisal – paintings, posters, prints, toys, jewelry, silver, coins, military relics, oriental ceramics, jade and oriental art, rugs, tapestries, fabrics, sports, memorabilia, books, documents, photos and more.  Or just come to observe the excitement. You’ll also benefit Civic Players’ Centennial Fund.

No appointment or admission fee. Open to the public.  The first 5 items to be appraised are just $5.00 each. Any additional items after that are free! The Civic Players will benefits from that fee. Expert appraisers help answer three important questions: What is the piece I own? What is the value? Where is the best place to sell antiques, art objects and collectibles?
